Communicate with customers to sell property products in Project 3.15 and other projects assigned by Sales Director.
Handle and follow up inquiries from clients for condominiums, villas, etc.
Maintain and develop relationship with clients.
Develop and maintain client database.
Support events organisation for relevant projects.
Meet with clients as required.
Other jobs as required and assigned by the business line leader.
Coordinate with all sales team members to achieve sales targets.
Job Requirement
University diploma.
1-2 years’ sales executive experience in condominium or villa sales is preferable. Other sales experience in banking, insurance, tourism, hospitality, etc. is applicable.
Willingness to occasionally participate in networking, business, and social events outside of regular working hours.
Pro-active, flexible, good team spirit.
Strong English proficiency.
